Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager to support the
Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection
portfolio management and task execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex projects, ensuring goals, requirements, and outcomes
are clearly defined
Monitor team performance and ensure projects are implemented and
closed according to established standards
Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure compliance with government
and corporate policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
At least 8 years of experience in federal program management,
preferably within CBP and/or DHS
Ability to obtain and maintain CBP Public Trust clearance
Demonstrated experience in developing high-quality deliverables for
senior federal leaders
Prior experience running projects of similar size and scope for CBP
is desirable
