Job Description:
A company is looking for a Merchant Operations Manager to drive
operational excellence and enhance customer success in government
benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert on EBT/SNAP regulations and
guide teams through compliance processes
Lead strategic merchant onboarding initiatives and optimize
onboarding playbooks for efficiency
Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners, driving
post-launch customer success and engagement
Qualifications:
Proven experience (5+ years) in operations, strategy, or program
management, preferably in fintech or grocery
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with large-scale
accounts and develop strategic plans
Strong project management skills with experience in
cross-functional initiatives
A track record of process improvement with a data-driven
decision-making approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work
environment
