Our clients and customers uniquely benefit from our teams' commitment to be One Chipman to everyone we serve.Chipman is looking for a Senior Director/General Manager for our Sacramento BranchSummary: Plan, direct, and manage all activities of the division in compliance with company policies with the aim of providing the highest quality service to customers, meeting all division goals and performance standards, and fostering positive, long-term relationships with fellow employees and associates.Some of the duties will include:

• Sales and revenue development
• Managing purchasing and vendor relationships
• Managing exceptional customer experience and service delivery
• Quality management and control
• Overall management of branch operations, customer service and sales teams.
• Adhere to and promote Chipman's core values and "One Chipman" culture.Required qualifications are:
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred
• Minimum of five years related management experienceA Successful Candidate will possess the following characteristics:
• Ability to inspire and lead teams
• Ability to align branch goals with organizational strategy
• Proven track record of managing a moving & storage or related industry's P&L
