Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar energy projects.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with specific expertise in the solar industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate Client, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Subcontractor Management: Select, onboard, and manage subcontractors and vendors to meet project requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all project stakeholders.
  • Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-control measures to stay within budgetary constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication between project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and resolutions.
  • Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years of experience in the solar industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing solar energy projects from inception to completion.
    • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
