Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer
to onboard customers and ensure successful adoption of the
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical guide to customers during the implementation
process, providing troubleshooting and support
Support customers post-deployment by guiding them on best practices
and identifying optimization opportunities
Engage with internal teams to improve processes based on customer
interactions and drive product conversations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical professional services with
enterprise-level customers
2+ years of experience with scripting in JavaScript or Python and
basic SQL queries
2+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture
Familiarity with *nix shell
Understanding of software engineering methodologies and
technologies such as Git, CI/CD, APIs, Containers, and
Kubernetes
