Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Teacher for the Deaf and Hard
of Hearing (TDHH) in Nevada.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide virtual instruction and support to students who are deaf or
hard of hearing
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
tailored to each student's needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to
create inclusive learning environments
Required Qualifications:
Nevada Teaching License with endorsement as a Teacher of the Deaf
and Hard of Hearing
Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students who are deaf
or hard of hearing
Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
Comfortable with technology and virtual teaching platforms
