Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Editor for the Creator
Spotlight, a remote position focused on enhancing content quality
and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research for podcast guests and newsletter stories
Pitch stories and interview guests for the newsletter and interview
series
Write and report original stories, including a monthly reported
piece and weekly newsletter summaries
Required Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in writing or research-focused roles
Strong writing skills demonstrated through three writing
samples
Excellent research and fact-checking abilities
Familiarity with Google Suite and comfort with digital tools
Understanding of multi-channel content creation principles is a
plus
