Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Senior Retirement
Actuary.
Key Responsibilities
Lead actuarial valuation teams and oversee financial reporting
processes
Manage and optimize reinsurance agreements and financial
modeling
Supervise a team of actuaries and ensure adherence to industry best
practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong quantitative
background
10+ years of insurance-related actuarial experience
2+ years of direct experience with reinsurance
Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation required
Experience with Fixed Indexed Annuities and knowledge of US GAAP
and Statutory guidelines
