Job Description:

The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Yuba City Area to find a Benefits Analyst for their team. The right candidate needs to have experience in the benefits admin realm of HR and exposure to UKG is a plus! This role does offer an Alternative Work Schedule.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Analyze benefits administration for the company's manufacturing and corporate locationsHandle daily benefits processing including enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, etc.Assist in developing educational benefit and leave content for Company employeesConducts annual enrollment meetings and trainings as neededDevelops annual budgets for benefit and payroll departments, communicating and reporting out of these budgets to HR leadershipDemonstrated knowledge of employee benefits plans and related federal and state regulations Maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environmentProvide in-depth benefit presentation for all new hires during the onboarding
process.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Degree PreferredExperience with Benefit and Payroll AdministrationExperience with UKG is a plus
